Health Sensitization Project
The health sensitization activity programme which was conducted in the month of May was made possible under a networking project programme which was carried out between Future Hope Uganda and Michelle a professor working with YES Tanzania a nongovernmental organization situated in Tanzania which uses Soccer as a tool to reach out the community and sensitize it about infectious diseases and HIV/AIDS, she was interested in programmes conducted by Future Hope Uganda and she showed interest in conducting a health sensitization session with the children at the centre where Future Hope Uganda operates. Her sensitization session with the children was specifically dedicated to educating the children about HIV /AIDS and its associated challenges and dangers.
Fieldhockey coaching and interaction
The field Hockey coaching / Interaction programme was carried out between Future Hope Uganda and Natalie an Irish field hockey player and a teacher by profession who is passionate about coaching field hockey and so much interested in interacting with children / youth on life issues like education, sports as well as exchanging ideas regarding sports coaching. It was a successful activity programme which was carried out on the 13th June 2012.
Skoolsport Project
The school sport project was networking activity project which was carried out between Y.S.U and Future Hope Uganda,the major purpose of this project was basically T.shirt donations from Y.S.U,Such donations maybe looked at as simple donation but they enable us equip the young stars and better their playing conditions.During this project a number of 32 Skoolsport project T.shirts were donated and the same number of children/orphans received the T.shirts thou we can`t deny the fact that some missed out due to big of children under Future Hope Uganda Project programs.
